Customer service and prompt response is hard to find these days. Stair Zone excelled in both. There was a delay in delivery due to weather, but they stayed on top of the situation and kept us up to date. We are loving our stairs and will be recommending Stair Zone to others in our area. They did an excellent job for three stairs I have got from them recently. The price and service was excellent and fair.
Really solid customer service. Made my custom project so much easier to have the stars built off site to my specs and then installed in pieces on site when I was ready. Kaleb was really solid. I would absolutely use these guys again. 10/10
