Customer service and prompt response is hard to find these days. Stair Zone excelled in both. There was a delay in delivery due to weather, but they stayed on top of the situation and kept us up to date. We are loving our stairs and will be recommending Stair Zone to others in our area. Thanks Kaleb for the great customer service.
The staircase fit perfectly and looks great!
Thanks again for a wonderful job and we look forward to working with you in the future.
Purchased one set of outdoor stairs for our warehouse. Great value with excellent precision and fabrication quality. The quality led us to replace our other set of stairs instead of repairing them. Highly recommended for anyone needing prefab platforms or stairs.
