Stair Zone has free returns until approval drawings are accepted. No returns are offered after the stair has been manufactured.
Stair Zone provides thorough approval drawings to ensure the stair will work for the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure correctly and approve drawings.
Customer service and prompt response is hard to find these days. Stair Zone excelled in both. There was a delay in delivery due to weather, but they stayed on top of the situation and kept us up to date. We are loving our stairs and will be recommending Stair Zone to others in our area.
