Stair Zone has free returns until approval drawings are accepted. No returns are offered after the stair has been manufactured.
Stair Zone provides thorough approval drawings to ensure the stair will work for the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure correctly and approve drawings.
We worked with Stair Zone on designing our stairs for our warehouses. From start to finish, the salesman was on point with keeping us posted with updates on the status of the stairs. It was a breeze working with them from the design stage to delivery. All 3 stairs got delivered undamaged and on time.
