Stair Zone has free returns until approval drawings are accepted. No returns are offered after the stair has been manufactured.
Stair Zone provides thorough approval drawings to ensure the stair will work for the customer.
It is the customer’s responsibility to measure correctly and approve drawings.
We have bought dozens of stairs from Stair Zone over the years including straight, switchback, and angled configurations. Shop drawings are professional and easy to read. You will NOT be disappointed.
We ordered some custom built stairs for a steel mill expansion. Stair Zone & Kaleb made the process extremely simple - even with all our changes in design.
