We worked with Stair Zone on designing our stairs for our warehouses. From start to finish, the salesman was on point with keeping us posted with updates on the status of the stairs. It was a breeze working with them from the design stage to delivery. All 3 stairs got delivered undamaged and on time.
A very impressive facility and an even more impressive process. After seeing the size of the operation, I would have thought that you guys would not have had any time for a small order like mine but I never felt that for one minute during the whole process.
Customer service and prompt response is hard to find these days. Stair Zone excelled in both. There was a delay in delivery due to weather, but they stayed on top of the situation and kept us up to date. We are loving our stairs and will be recommending Stair Zone to others in our area.
