Stairs worked out great and I was very pleased with the product. Their process was very simple and seamless.
Customer service and prompt response is hard to find these days. Stair Zone excelled in both. There was a delay in delivery due to weather, but they stayed on top of the situation and kept us up to date. We are loving our stairs and will be recommending Stair Zone to others in our area.
