It was a breeze working with them from the design stage to delivery. All 3 stairs got delivered undamaged and on time.

Customer service and prompt response is hard to find these days. Stair Zone excelled in both. There was a delay in delivery due to weather, but they stayed on top of the situation and kept us up to date. We are loving our stairs and will be recommending Stair Zone to others in our area.
