Really solid customer service. Made my custom project so much easier to have the stars built off site to my specs and then installed in pieces on site when I was ready. Kaleb was really solid. I would absolutely use these guys again. 10/10
Customer service and prompt response is hard to find these days. Stair Zone excelled in both. There was a delay in delivery due to weather, but they stayed on top of the situation and kept us up to date. We are loving our stairs and will be recommending Stair Zone to others in our area. I had a small project where I needed to transition from floor level down to exterior grade which was only 3’. [Stair Zone] helped me design a simple L shaped stairway that would hold up to the elements, cost effective and simple to install. The turnaround time was pretty quick and the stairs fit perfectly in their place. I went back and forth with [Stair Zone] to get the measurements just right for the situation and it turned out great!
